I have finally discovered the secret tool the Devs have put in place to make Pikeman special, polearms have some of the best slices! Actually it could just be me, but since hitting master smuggler I've sliced more 33+ slices on vibro lances and other polearms than anything else. And to top it all off, my first 35% slice was a metal staff about 5 mins ago. Stats: 118/190 @ 4.3 speed (was a dmg slice), -2 range modifiers across the board with a 7/57/33 HAM. If anyone of Flurry wants it or any other pre-sliced melee, check out the pre-sliced weapons in RISK City, Naboo. Merchant tent only meters from the shuttleport.

I've also noticed some nice slices, i got a 25% on a lva from a slicer who was not yet a master smugger, and a 25% damage on an lv from the same guy. Well, works for me.

Too bad there is no accuracy slice.

The developers did give you some nice polearm drops from Night sisters. A friend has a polearm that does a massive disease and poison to mind. Of Course you need to kill an elder to get it. heh

bring on the elder, i'm not a master but i took a nightsister stalker with ease. i think with the right help i could demolish the elder.

Gotta say HAM slices would be awesome. Make it a 1 in 20 chance or something somewhat rare, but when you get them they should be for over 30%. =)

I've never had a slice over 28% on ANY weapon ever since I've started playing this game and that would be about 3 days after launch. I think the whole 'pikemen get good slices' theory is pretty much bunk.
