All weapons that were sliced before the smuggler revamp aren't slice-able. That being said, even at the max damage slice possible at the moment you wouldn't hit the damage cap of Vibro Lances.
Damage slices first, always.

I agree. Do the 3 damage slices first, then the speed then the critical. I have one similar that took all 5 slices. It's a killer

it isnt sliced checked it on tc-bria (pre pub 19 sliced items have a sliced tag there )

Everything should have a slice tag - this is making it hard as hell knowing what to buy / not buy
