I can cure states like a mofo so i dont think that will bea problem.

Anyone have the stats?

my wookiee master swordsman/master doc has soloed him many times. he has about 100k ham, medium armor, 35% kinetic, and 60% blast(i think can't remember). he isn't that hard to kill, well maybe it's because i'm a master doc and i can heal damage and intimidate.

Im a master doc also ......should i use a scythe or my PH???

use the scythe, he has a higher blast resistance

I can do Acklay solo. I use my Acklay bone hammer but a Scythe might be nearly as effective for me (I'm speed capped through tapes though). Acklay is 30% kinetic resist and 55% blast resistance meaning that kinetic sources will do 55% more damage given the same base damage. The real selling point on the Acklay hammer for me is that I don't spend any mind on specials (with only a 13 mind cost on my hammer).

The key to soloing him though is simply defense. He takes a long time to kill no matter how you do it. If you have near 80% kinetic armor then all you should really need are full buffs and you'll take very little damage (kinda sad that the real defense is not tanking skills but armor and buffs -- but I digress). I get doc buffs (2.5k'ish) and musician buffs (for me, a human, that's 550 to mind secondaries). Before I charge Acklay I drink a fresh batch of brandy and eat some Vegnarian canape. That puts all of my stats at 2-3.5k and most importantly gives me very high mind secondaries. I use powerboost too, but really it is not needed, my HAM never gets that low.

From outside the Acklay room, here is what I do:

First I kill off the kwis without advancing too far in. If you fight the kwis too far into the room, then you might pull Acklay aggro and fighting Acklay + 2 kwis + 2 klikniks is a lot harder than seperating them.

Then I do my final buffs.

Then I run in to Acklays room and hug the left wall until I enter a small nook there where a single spider spawns. I kill that spider and then I hit Acklay.

When I hit Acklay, 2 klikniks and a few other spiders will aggro. I get as far back into the nook as I can and I land intimidate on Acklay and the two klikniks. Then I AE until the spiders are klikniks are dead. After that, depending on where Acklays HAM is I either hit3 or head hit 3 until Acklay is dead, keeping intimidate on.

I've done this with 78% kinetic armor and these buffs and I take very little mind damage at all. Sometimes my health can get knocked down a bit, but I can always heal this with a warcry and a few stim B's. Acklay takes a while to kill with his resists, but eventually down he goes. The point in going to that nook is that the klikniks tend to respawn before Acklay dies, but they won't aggro from there.

Anyhow, that's how I solo Acklay. I'm not sure I should be able to do that, but I do all the same.

anyone know how many bones are needed to make a VL or LVA? or do i need to put this in WS forums?

Vibro motors are the 'ingredient' you need to make a LVA or VL. I think there were 4 needed to make a LVA (1 for schematic and 3 for the axe itself). The WS forum will prolly have more info.

To make a LVA you need 3 identical blade vibro units, for a VL you need 2 identical blade vibro units. So a weapon smith has to make crates of them to make LVA and VL.
