poison spike is double bladed...and kamenoan has 4 blades on each end, althoght form a distance it looks like a big ol Q-tip

far as i no there r only 2db non-ls polarms: the bladestick and the massasi lance which is not ingame yet. they should hav some non-quest, non-loot scamatic db polearms, like ones that a weaponsmith could make.

i mean double bladed swords, like db lightsabers that instead of the light blades theres solid ones
