Due to the bug...Ive spent a lot of money on VLs here recently....taking them to a smuggler to find out they are unslicable.

But my technique finally paid off...I picked this one up for 1mil. This lance was 982max unsliced....I then proceeded to get the 8%/3%/2% combo done to make it 100% customized. Below are it's stats.

Condition: 461/750
100% Customized
8% Damage
3% Critical
2% Speed
Damage: 527-1060(No pup) [692-1225 w/pup]
Wound: 27.2%
Base DPS: 305/sec
SAC: 94

I'll be ADK'ing this thing for sure.

lol omg i been searchin for stupid lances for ages! i found a 275 base unsliced! its with my smugler! cost me 100000c

hopefully will be about 325 dps with 100% custom

Yeah...buying pike after pike and none of them being slicable was getting old....i nearly shat myself when the smuggler gave me the good news.

i just bought a 1k damage lance that is 363 base dps which puts my modded dps over 600 can anyone do better?

Really now...

I just started making Vibro lances for the first time since the CU (I was literally unable to make guns fast enough for the past few months). I did not realize that unsliced lances were a rare commodity. I've never sold sliced weapons (the logistics of getting every weapon Isellsliced would be a nightmare). My price is just 10K a VL since the are fairly easy to make, resource wise. I hit 280 DPS on my first run, but the SAC is rather unsightly... I might just be able to squeeze out 270-275 with a lower SAC (same max damage). This is good information.

What kind of SAC are you looking for in an off the shelf VL?

Most people that hunt for good pikes on vendors are looking for Pre-CU pikes, since they beat anything made Post-CU. Being Pre-CU, it unfortunately almost always means they are already sliced, which is why it's so hard to find a good & unsliced pike.

Not trying to pick on weaponsmiths, but if anyone wants a really good pike, do the Lord Cyssc quest line on Kashyyyk (if you have ROTW that is). The reward is the Kaminoan Greatstaff, which is the best pike in the game atm. Mine has 510-1020 damage, 2.2 base speed, 354 base DPS and 85 SAC. That is without powerup, but with an 8% damage, 2% speed, 3% critical slice. Can't beat that with any crafted or other quest pike atm.

Of course it's a tough quest line to do, especially solo, but hey the reward is worth it.
