I was doing some missions for a npc and ran into something I thought was preety funny but just sad. The second of the tasks(from the one npc in the talus, dearic catina that asks you to help resuce her asistant) you have to kill a bounty hunter...no biggy so I walk over to the bounty hunter and see the title of his class, well he whips out a LVA and starts using it on me doing less damage then myself(bout 100-200), BUT...he was blocking my attacks, I would attack him and i would see block+ above his head and i looked at the combat window and saw that he was blocking a few of my attacks and missing less then meand was hitting faster. Why cant they just fix block for us if npc's can use it? just sad, but it was funny/sick seeing a bounty hunter pull out a LVA and have pikemen skills, he also used his pistol a littleas well and he was hitting my mind pool preety good.
