I thought that maybe they were going to adress some issues with the Pikeman class. Yet lo and behold I was struck down by the power of SOE's ineptitude. Not only have I not seen any good nign of improvement they further nerfed is fellow Pike wielders. I can barely hit, under normal circumstances, over 500 anymore. I'm sorry I didn't know we were so powerful with our more miss than hit combat that our damgage that we did prior was the only thing that was keeping our butts alive doing normal missions. I am now not sure wether or not I would like to stay a pikeman any further due to the fact we don't stand much of a chance anymore by ourselves against enemies we should handle. These are my 2 credits.

Eh? Pikeman is way better now. Try KD'n your target now after it's dizzy (and not before). Your gonna have a blast. Oh yeah. F the LVA. Lance all the way baby.

I thought the LVA was stronger and better than the lance?

I love running around in circles with a gun weilding individual while they shoot me to death and as I continualy miss them the whole time. I love that. (Sarcasim apllies here)

In my experience, A lance will save you 1000x times better then an LVA. This is because its accuracy is +65ish better than an LVA. Specials kill mobs at higher lvls, not damage.

Anyway, I imagine an LVA would be much better for Masters since all the nice Accuracy bonuses. Until then I never leave home without my giant toothpick.

I use a lance as well.

The only times the VL or LVA come out of the bag are when I need armor piercing or the electric damage.

well... i have been informed armor is broke and thus no armor resistance on critters so.. maybe lance would be a wise choice (not confirmed havent done much checkin jes a few people talkin bout it anda master pike/doc soloing krayts) and ive noticed my armor has been absorbin dmg so i dun wear any (not that i did much before)

armor is not broken on critters, try killing a voritor dasher (medium armor)with lance and try it with LVA and check the times, last time i tried the lva was much faster. Also LVA does more damage with its specials(i think not sure). Really all the weapons are good at certain times
