Ok, I'm new to Melee and I'm trying to decide which class I'd like to go to. I'm deciding either between TKA or Pikeman. If someone here could give me the goods and the bads about being a Pikeman, it would really help.

I'm doing both however, Im higher atm in Pike than TKA. The main diff between the proffessions as i currently see it;

Pike - Great Area Moves, bad defense, bad toughness, low accuracy, slow weapons, good bleed attacks targeting Action pool.

TKA - Blazingly high attack speed, Meditate (heals disease, bleeding, wounds, poison), highly accurate, great dps, high defense and high toughness, also you can target specific HAM pools. Their only drawback is high HAM usageand bad area attacks.

Bottom Line TKA is better if comparing everything.

Master TKA/Master Doctor/Exploring I = best melee character to date.

Increase all mind stats to max, buff the rest. Then spam mind attacks to any melee class u want to duel and they have 0 chance. Vibro knuckles have more range than a lance and TKA specials have less HAM cost so they don't even break a sweat while smoking a Pikeman. They are the only melee class the devs care about, so you will always be given a clear advantage above all other melee classes. It's a little sarcastic but unfortunately it's the truth.
