Thread: Ok, qeuestion about weapons for all us A) poor types with B) no guildies

I often go out hunting with only one or two friends, at most.
I have zero chance of taking out a nightsister, of any kind, in a group that small, correct?
What is the absolute best weapon I should shoot for (excluding Nightsister drops, as I can't get one) and krayted crap, since I don't have millions of credits?

Me and braglor before he quit soloed quite a few elders and axkva min a couple times, so its not impossible.

I've never taken out an elder alone (it's close to impossible for a pikeman with no other combat class, not to mention no armor), but I've done it in groups as small as 2 and at most 4. It just boiled down to working together well and fighting smart.
I have soloed everything up to and including spellweavers, though. If a wookiee can do it, anyone can do it.
Buff, drink, spice, eat, heal, and know when to run away.

Any pikeman with a decent crafter made LVA, good buffs and 2 decent doses of Brandy should be able to take out rangers, outcasts and stalker type Sisters even if you get the whole group at once.
The trick to the others is to try to draw them out one and 2 at a time. This should be manageable to any pikeman with a minimum of medical training and a good handle on the use of intimidate.

until they drop the dehabilitate on you then choke you.
without force powers they are all cake except the elder and the named one to a well prepared pikeman
