Is there a cap on spd, just wanted to know before I invest in some pike attack spd ca's.

there is no solid cap, but you can only use a maximum if +25 in attachments...

Also the more you have, the benefit gets exponentially less. Each point past a certain point is only half as useful as the point before it, until you get to a point where there is no longer a benefit. However you would probably hit the +25 max before that actually happened.
