I would probably do 4440 Pikeman because the other branches have some useful moves in them, although 000x has stunning blow which may prove useful and has Polearm defences.
It may well be a good idea toconsider TKM/Mpike/Doc 4000, as you will have just as good healing capability, you just won't be able to buff. But seeing as it is double Exp week, it is possible to grind a proffession in a few hours lol so try it out

I asked this question in the swordsman forum as well.. so my question is i want to grind out TKM/Doc 4004 during the double XP and that leaves me with enough points to get three trees in either swordsman or pikeman so i want to know which you guys think would be better for me and which 3 branches i should take. thanks. OO and if it matters i will be pvping...

So far 0444 makes the most sense to me because with that im missing out on speed but because of doc 4004 i have adrenal boost which gives me +40.... which makes up for the loss from that tree doesnt it?
