I know there's one in Narmle, and I'm sure there's one in Theed.

There's one in Mos Espa near Watto's Junkyard. At least on Chilastra there is.

there was one in theed by the shuttle port there should also be a swordsman or was it fencer trainer also close by

Ther's one on coriella in kor vella... on starsider that is... I cant tell you the coordinates becuase i cant get in at the moment....

Will put you way out in the middle ofa field with no trainer. This location is posted on a couple websites out there but is not valid. I know I walked it
