not only is the damage icky, the skill mods arent that great and the condition alone would keep me away

This pike is up for sale on my server and I'm wondering if it is worth buying and if so how much should I offer, as there is no minimum bid? I relize there is the thread regarding looted pikes, but as someone going pikeperson I would rather get opinions from those who are in the profession already. Thanks a lot.
