Thread: New pikeman what is the best path

This is how I was told to do it.
0/0/1/X - Get stances for sweep 1
4/0/1/X - Finish defense line
4/0/4/X - Finish stances line
4/4/4/X - Finish offensive line
Master Pike
1/0/1/X
2/0/2/X
3/0/3/X
4/0/4/X
4/4/4/X
4/4/4/4
I have mastered it 2 times and have had people tell me this way really helped

Go up the 4th tree when you can, this grants much needed accuracy and requires combat xp. For polearm xp go up the first tree first, this one grants you speed bonuses. After that go up the defensive tree and the offensive tree last. Some people may suggest getting the first box in the defense tree for the kd, but it's up to you. I didn't and didn't have any problems. You can advance pretty fast when you have good accuracy and speed. Just get buffed and take on the pikets. I basically just used spin2 on the lairs, ending with a huge circle of dead pikets around me. I'd throw in some stun2's as well, and most other area "2"'s just to look cool once I got them.
