Thats the nightsister energy lance, you have to get the schematic from axkva minn, then loot a couple of NS vibro motors from her too, they arnt that great for the trouble to get them, but they look nifty

Speaking of, on the NSEL, is the pole made out of wood?..not crafting wise but appearence...to me it looks like a wood staff, with metal ends on in..
