thats right, i killed axkva min, and i killed her using my Long Vibro Axe, pikeman style...
ok, so in reality i used conceal shot on her for a good 30 minuts, got her down to 30k health, and pulled her up so i could deliver the death blow with a pike 
oh ya, looted an amazing 4500cred off her to

So by that time her armor had been knocked down to what, 99.2% kinetic heavy armor?

lol, by the time her health hit 50%, her resists were down to 50% all, and about 12% blast, energy, restraint.
now i could have finished the last 30k of her health in about 2 minuts with my rifle, but i decided to beat her down for 10 more minuts just to say i did

Wow, that's pretty good. The last elder I killed only had her armor reduced to just above 99% before she died...

Killed an elder the other night. Her resists were down to 50 odd % when she was ready to bite it.

Tempest Loot Report 5-5-04
took permission for loot on axkva min inspite of the best efforts of 2 swordsman, here by proving that a pikewoman's best friend is infact, her RL - Heavy T21 rifle (thanks bastilaa)
Loot - 3 ns armor shards, -10 health, action, mind encumberance. (crap)

I gotta say this last post is a great idea. Can someone start a thread with what they loot off of Axkva? Or an Elder for that matter?

me and my friend did that...got here down to like 60% but then she called her swoop and took off

A couple days ago I soloed an elder and at the end she had 50% for her specials and 12.5% for her lower protections. Loot result 2400 credits .

Is this new?..or am I dumb, have NPC's resists always drop down as you beat on them?>

i have only noticed this with axkva and NS elders, but axkva is the most obvious, her base resist drops from 100% down to 50% when her health hits 50%. elders dont seem to change near as much though... more investigation is required 
oh ya, and its not new, the first time i killed her was months ago, a few weeks after they filled the cave for the first time, and her resists dropped off then to
