Actually, as far as the power hammer goes, we are faster and more accurate. But in PvE, swordsman is better due to the more powerful attacks and better damage type (i.e. less resisted overall - blast).

I'm working my way up through swordsman just to see whats its like to bethe FOTM. Its so much easier leveling swordsman than pike, but then again i started swordsman with master finesse. Overall i think pikeman are slightly more accurate but so much slower compared to me with 0404 and a sliced 1.6 speed scythe blade (yea it cost a pretty penny ) and any other scythe for that matter. Oh and scythes are pretty common. When i went shopping formy scythe i had 7+ vendors to check and that was just naboo. Most were around 700k -1.5 mill so they're pretty affordable. Most master pikeman end up dropping that on what a swordsman would consider a mediocre weapon at best. Hell the energy lance is a joke. They sell for 2 mill+ and have bad dmg, but then again its all about the dot's, and the ones i've seen have been pretty poor in that reguard aswell.
