A New Novice PIkeman Here I was just wondering what Would be a good weapon for me to use at the moment I'm Still just using a Regular Lance with 42-323 dmg 3.8spd

The lance you have is nice... pair that up with a Vibro Lance. Once you hit Support II, you can have an easier time with a Long Vibro Axe. Feel free to try one now, but your accuracy is going to hurt a lot. Support II gets you the first Accuracy bonus, which is real nice.
