does anybody know a side where i can see all dmg modifiers and delay time of the spezial moves?
what about pikeman block now?
i have 125block from skills
a +8 block tape
and +25block drinks.
does block work now or not if yes how?
and what about polearm evasion.
sometimes in a fight there stand you evades an attack. is that from my +3 evasion tape?

Damage/Delay Modifiers for Pikeman
To answer your questions:
Block works, but it is inherently (currently) inferior to counterattack or dodge. Block allows 50% of incoming damage to pass through on a successful block, whereas the other two stop 100% of incoming damage on a successful counter/dodge.
Polearm evasion does not work, neither does polearm damage nor polearm counterattack.
