I was on Tc last night dueling with a friend... I have no idea what specials makes the player dizzy for pikeman i thought it was the improved spin attack but she never got dizzy which moves do what in the CU for pike man... PS the cryo lance is the shiznit... I guess what im asking is what sates are attached toeach special attack

Stun is the only state we have.

TK has a dizzy special, and since it is melee you can use that special with a polearm.

I played with a tkm/master pikeman template on TC yesterday but never got the dizzy state to stick on the NPCs I was attacking (Darktroopers).
