since after the CU i will b pikeman should i buy it now or wait?

With the current stats on TC I'd not spend much on an LVA right now since its very likely that it'll end up as a 650-700 max dmg weapon.
If it were a VL on the other hand....

I think the LVA requires commando certification in the CUnow. The Vibro Lance does not.

trust me, once you play the cu you will not be a pikeman, or any melee for that matter
also the new lva cert is in commando heavy acid weapons 3

Yeah im grinding my ass off to kill enough jedi to pay off my 1250 damage lva. I payed 30mil for it and now its gonna be a freaking commando weapon and the power is probably gonna get downgraded. So im pwning as much knights as i can and also trying to get the master missions. 
Pretty easy to kill so shouldnt be a problem to pay off the cash i payed for it.

That makes too little sense to make me believe it will actually go to live this way. I am 99% sure this must be a bug. Say what you want about the SOE devs, but still.. any idiot with a middle school education can figure out that melee weapons go to the melee professions.

I strongly STRONGLY think that LVA in Commando box is a bug. On the other hand I think that the knuckles is not a bug considering commandos need unarmed 4.

It's supposed to be Polearm Stances III, not Heavy Acid Weapons III. This is clearly not intended.
