I have read on Allakhazam that the ability Wookiee Roar is a AoE Intimidate. Is this true? If so, does anyone know the effectiveness of it or how long it lasts? Or does it stack with Intimidate?

Thanks in advance!

Ok so heres how it works.

It's a cone intimidate, so it actually intimidates ( intimidate1), so it doesnt stack with other intimidates. It lands on mobs fairly well post patch. The cone is not all that big. But it can be useful when you attack something and realize afterwards that it group aggros and have a huge pack running at you.

Also Wookiee roar gives you the mind buff that devs were talking about, they made it seem like an actual buff, but its pretty pathetic. +20 to mind, for a minute or so. Why they even added that? I guess so they can say that wookiees can buff their own mind and be able to shaft us again later (as with our taming bonus vanishing and our lack of any cool clothes or armor).

But Wookiees are cool regardless,

I would still pick one even if i knew about all of the crap.

Funny, I had no idea there was any mind buff at all. Doesn't sound like I'm going to be throwing out my crates of muon gold any time soon anyway.

Just wanted to add that in my own experience, the wookieeroar intimidation works significantly better than my normal intimidate. I very rarely (if ever) have wookieeroar fail to intimidate, whereas intimidate1 fails for me a good 75% of the time.

Thing is wookieeroar is on a timer. So you cant use it as much as normal Intimidate.
