Don't need full armor, only helm/chest/gloves/boots.


And I must confess, that picture is slightly misleading. I was only solofighting it for the first 100k of its HAM before a few other members of my guild arrived and we took it down as a group.


But still!

there used to be a mission spawn of them, but it was taken out of the game.


They are random spawns, very hard to find, worse than trying to find Black Sun spawns.

Yeah, that was a gorax.


I'd been searching for one since about January... Finally got him. Dropped 5 Gorax Bone Shards, which are like krayt tissues.


And it's a very random spawn.. Heh.


Heavy armor, 65% kinetic, 45% energy, 35% base.

It looks like a Gorax, from Endor, which drop Gorax Bone Shards, which is an RIS component I believe.

Oberon>> Is there any where in particulr these big beasties spawn on endor? Or is it a once day thign like Axvia or once a week? DOes anyone know? Do I have ot clear lears like on yavin to increase my chances of a black sun sapwn to pop up??

As far as i know they only spawn in the northern desert area on Endor (which the posters screenshots seem to confirm). The one time i fought some , they were about 5k due north of the smuggler o/p.

Speaking of Black Sun spawns... I founda spawn with a Gaurd, Assassin, and Thug. They each spawned four times, leaving me with 12 kills and I got nothing. Just a few credits :-\

It's basically a 450k HAM TKM. All it did was spam dizzy/kd, and then ran like a little sissy when it was all but dead.


But then I caught up to it, postured it down with a well-placed polearmhit3, and beat it to death.
