I just wanted to know what you thought about this weapon I got, and perhaps what it might be worth?

In all honesty, there's nothing especially impressive about it aside from the (Exceptional) title. It's a very nice lance, but the basic lance is such an inferior weapon to begin with that even the much-better-than-crafted stats on this one really don't make it worth using except perhaps for grinding xp.
As for price, before people flame you I'll just suggest you enquire of the pikemen on your own server via your galaxy trade board. We cannot help you here.
