Hi guys

I wanted to ask if anybody know which the better attack is :

Polearm Spin Attack 2 or Area Attack 2 ?

unless u are master it should be spin2

i prefer area cause of the states

every typo i made here is fully wanted and only exists due to entertainment reasons

Area is superior in every way. It has a 2.75x damage mod and a 3.0x delay mod. Spin2 has a 2.5x damage mod and the same 3.0x delay mod.

There's essentially no reason to use spin2 once you have area2, unless you just like watching the animation.

According to this Spin 1 has the best DPS of area 1/2 and spin 1/2. Is this chart not correct?

That's correct, spin1 has the best raw DPS of any spin/area attack as long as you don't hit the speed cap. Area2 is the most damage per hit.

The underappreciated stun2 is actually an area attack as well, and ties with spin1 for DPS.

Spin2, when I was pikeman the first time it seemed to be a bit slower (didn't have any speed SEA's then). But now since I've come back I'd say area2, its just as fast and you get to stun them. Also, area2 seems to land the states better in PvE and PvP, might just be me though.
