Which one works better?

well they both have their advantages and disadvantages. lunge2 is a 15M knockdown but it has huge HAM costs and does next to no dammage, while sweep is a melee knockdown that does full dammage and has HAM costs on par with hit2. im my opinion sweep is the far better choice for PvM but i hear lunge2 is great in PvP. also sweep is far easier to get.

15m knockdown? You mean the range on that is 15m? If that is true then that would be great for pvp. I can hardly ever catch up with them so I could hit them.

yep thats exactly wat i ment, its a KD that can hit from up to 15M. it looks like its only good for pvp tho due to the huge ham cost. also it has a very high time mod so make sure that next attack kills cause you will probly only get 1 hit.

its not really worth it for lunge2, if u look at lunge1, it also has a 12m-15m distance in PvP, if u can spare the points, do it for berserk2, not for lunge2, long vibro axes are the best berserk weapon there is, but they arent good for shooting off lines of specials cause of how bad they eat ur ham

i would have to dissagree that berserk2 is all that great, i dont know how you use it but i find it lasts way too long for my likes. unless im fighting tons of small things then berserk2 would get me killed in no time cause i couldnt sweep, warcry2, intimidate2 etc. and on top of that berserk2 dosnt evendoo more dammage than berserk1, it just lasts longer.lunge2 was the origional reason i got master brawler but the reason i kept it was intimidate2 and warcry2.

also as for lunge1 is not even close to lunge2 because lunge2 is a knockdown and lunge1 is a posture change and thats useless unles you managed to dizzy them first.

Polearm Lunge 2? Where is it on the Pikeman skill tree? I just checked Character Builder and dont see it.
