just wonder when u get +10 speed or what ever . what does it really do and how can / do we see a difference staying with speed . say i have +50 speed how does that turn into decreasing my speed on my weapon .. is there a forumla or anything. just wondering as i have a 3.8 speed weapon and wanted to know if i should get one sliced with speed or damage
