There are 5, yes 5 Nightsister lances on auction on the Kettemoor boards. THe best one being


Skill Mods: Block: 10, Counterattack: 21, Warcry 15. Speed: 5.2 Dam: 13-259 Wound 23.8%


DoT: Type: Fire, Attribute: Action, Strength 218, Duration 222s, Potency 80%, Uses: 5347


I don't know for certain, but I'm pretty sure this flame DoT will apply even if you aren't certified to use the weapon. Someone could maybe post for me on this one.
