I'll bet a Jedi (grrr...) would pay more for that than a pikeman.

I thought the upcoming publish was making it so those not certified to use a weapon could not benefit from the mods of the weapon.

I think it said DoTs couldn't be used..not sure about mods like terrain negotiation. That would make sense, though.

it would make sense, however it seems like one of those things that is completely obvious that the Devs, and Thunderjoke never seem to notice....
