So, I am a Master Pikeman, and Master Brawler. I decided to get a Nightsister Energy lance.

The guy who sold it to me, wanted to see me use it in battle. So, I battled my alt. He's a 0010 TKA. (Holo Grinding).

I left him on auto attack, and let him stand there. Well guess who won? HE DID. I am a master pikeman, and master brawler, and a TKA at 0010 kicked my ass..... Standing still, no special moves.

You should have waited for the patch to go through. Energy Lances become much better.

ok i think TKM needs to be fixed not pikeman...plus i am not a big fan of pikeman for pvp anyways nor do i like pvp to begin with...but just to let you know they made tkm too powerful and pikeman not powerful enough...but i do think it leans more to the TKM side as i can take the same monsters as a tkm can without probs

i agree TKM is way to powerful. Its stupid. A master pikeman cant touch a TKM or a TKS for that matter. Im pretty dissapointed with all the work i put into pikeman. It just sucks to be honest

Um... you kill TKA's easy, because you are using a melee template. You may as well be a TKA.

Any TKA who uses Fencer/Rifle defenses will lose to me, a Pikeman using TKA/Fencer defenses and therefore having less.

Less defense on my part, more offense on my part anyway.

Know what happens when I fight a TKA? They run around trying to avoid me, because A) they have no real way of dishing out any damage to me, since all their damage is weak in comparison to any good Comp armor, B) they have no bleeds, C) their CoB doesnt work, D) its a pain in the ass to Stun a pikeman, and E) I'll probably Dizzy/KD them before they do it to me, since I always almost land a stun before they do.

Not to mention poison/fire VK's are 10x as hard to get as pikes. To me, DoT pikes were a gift to us. We should all be using them, they are an advantage. I know I do.

I have absolutely no problem mopping a TKA.
