So what happened with us after patch. Can any1 tell me? I dont see big difference , do u?

The improvements were made in the weapons, buy a newly-made LVA or VL and you'll see the accuracy improvement.

I thought it was just new LVAs and the VLs stayed the same as they were. Am I wrong?

The range mods were increased on both the LVA and the VL.

Yea, the accuracy was a pretty nice improvement. I can actually hit people in PvP now.
