Ok, so i fought this guy tonight, and a little while after beating him he started inquiring into polearm's block, and whether a fix had recently been applied. Now, since I dont change templates, I've never done much research into how incoming damage is being mitigated, so I dont know if this is changed or what, but every 3-4 attacks I would block, and most times there was no damage getting through. A few times damage did get through, but whatever remained was mitigated by armor or food. In the end, none of the attacks where I blocked actually did any damage to me. My understanding was that in block's current functioning, it stopped some, but not all of the incoming damage. Is that counting what gets through and is still stopped by resistance? Seems like even after blocking, and armor absorbtion, a few pts of damage would be taken anyways. Oh well, he couldnt figure it out, and I dont know, so any clarity in this matter would be appreciated. Thanks
