Thread: So I got my high damage LVA and my tapes....but....

Well I got my high damage weapon (850 max isn't godly but thats pretty good) and I have enough attachments to cap and +25 accuracy however even with the accuracy tapes I miss with the LVA..... A LOT! I have only tested it on a fencer, but I was missing 4 or 5 times in a row each time. Do you guys use your high damage LVAs in pvp, or do you use a crafted lva with better range mods (mine is 500ish with -20 mods)?

Stick intimidate which will decrease a lot of defensive skills like dodge. After that you will be banging your mark

my 868 max LVA is -40 on all points, and I never miss enough to notice, honestly, and I'm not even capped for accuracy.
Then again, maybe it's because I rarely attack 1 MOB at a time, I usually take on at least 2-3 at a time, so it just seems like I don't miss.
But I know I don't miss as often as your are describing there.
And then I woke up a bit, and re-read your thread; you are talking about PvP here. Of course you are going to miss a lot on a fencer; they have the best defenses in the game. And if the fencer was a def. stacker, which most are, then you aren't going to hit him with most professions.

Just so you know, I ran a test against a guildmate Master Brawler/Master Fencer/Pistoleer 4/0/0/0...At idea range with my T21, and him doing COB, I hit him 26 times...Out of 100....Then I spawned headshot3...Hit him 12 times out of 100...
And I have 180 rifle accuracy
Nice, huh?
Doesnt matter what prof you are...Fencer dominates in PvP right now

Well not quite. I mean the average fencer can't even damage you with the right armor and PSGs lol

If a Master Fencer uses CoB and eats dodge food, ( not counting if he/she has dodge tapes ) then they can dodge pretty damn well, especially with pikeman. Now toss a blind on the fencers target and u got a near unstoppable oppenent. you would have to have crazy accuracy to hit a fencer with these skills combined. so it is not uncommon to have trouble hitting fencers with your pike.

How much is it the fencer's defense and how much is it the terrible accuracy on looted LVAs? I wish I knew
