With a 100 mod, you should be at speed cap with all pikes.
Cap is once per second.

It depends on your weapon. The speed mod needed for the cap is different with a 3.5 spd weapon and a 4.0 speed weapon.
With a speed mod of 100 you will be at the cap regardless of the weapon you have equipped.

Well i'm thinking bout using only the +10 Shirt, and +5 from master brawler..
Heres my new stacked template.. with pikeman

Defense Vs. Blind +60
Defense Vs. Dizzy +60
Defense Vs. Knockdown +85
Defense Vs. Intimidate +20
Defense Vs. Posture Change (Down) +90
Defense Vs. Stun +50
Melee Defense +124 (125 w/ Attachment)
Ranged Defense +114 (119 w/ Ring) (126 w/ Ring & Attachment)

I dont know if this is still accurate but I used http://www.killyourpc.org/swg/swg_dps.php for figuring it out. At +90 you will have to have a 4.0 speed pike to hit the cap. At +95 your pike has to be faster than 8 so essentially your good right there.
