Another good thing besides Nightsisters (which rarely dropp AA or CA, I would say around 1000/1 odds or higher of finding one on them) is the Aakuan champion missions/cave on Talus. To get the missions you need either an at st or at least 2 masters of a combet prof in party. They pay around 8400-8600 and have a pretty good chance of dropping SEAs up to +6.
If you feel like killing a few buff sessions on Endor, the blood plains maruders also drop SEAs at about the same rate as NS, and again you can pull missions for them with an at st or a few masters of a combat profession (dont remember how much they pay).

I am on Tarq and have atm +20 speed (+20 acc as well) in tapes that I have bought.
I would say a +3 is worth 500k, give or take 100k either way on our server.

Thanks for the info. By the way, I think the Marauder missions go for 24k. I can get them by myself but I'm a Master Creature Handler (grouped pets).

Yes, yes, yes, and yes.
If you're only hunting them for the loot, the most effective way may be to get 2 aa'kuan champion missions. Go to the first, kill everyone, and leave the camp intact while you go to the second. Do the same, and come back to the first which should then respawn. You can get three spawns out of each camp this way. You could of course just get new missions, but this minimizes the hassle of returning to the terminal all the time.
