Yes but the weapon can be taken from you it is shown to be at 1/1 condition and still being used I believe.

Hmmm, so I can buy it, but the risk I run is that it may be discovered that I am using it and it shouldn't exist?


So, in a "Working as Intended" situation, the weapon should loose it's DOT mods upon reaching 0 condition?

There was an exceptionalcarbine with a tremendous mind DoT that was being used on another server even after it had been broken by a repair failure...the devs confiscated it. They're supposed to stop working like the rest of the weapon, but they don't.

Someone is selling a NICE mind fire lance for a million creds on a vendor, but the condition is 1/1. Can you still use the DOT effect of a weapon after it's conditioning has expired?
