1. Remove the posture-lowering effect from the PolearmHit3 attack.
This is really aggravating when killing NPCs/PvPing. If you KD+Dizzy someone then you can't use this powerful attack, doesn't seem to make sense to me.
2. Fix/Change Block.
Not only does Pikeman have the lowest toughness of any melee profession, Block is retarded. Block should stop all damage from occurring, just like Dodge and Counterattack. Think about it, if you block something it doesn't hit/hurt you. This is a big problem when tanking high-end Mobs or fighting other melee professions in PvP. I can understand if our toughness was higher, between Swordsman and Teras Kasi, but it's lame having the lowest toughness AND the worst secondary defense.
3. Give us a better PvP weapon.
We need a weapon that doesn't get nullified by Melee mitigation 3. All our weapons now have really low min. damage (except for the uber looted ones). We need something that's comparable to the Swordsman's Scythe.

lol its been 2 hours i think
we've got all the dot weaps we need for pvp, just wait till revamp
and yeah, block sucks

eh u need pvp? get uber dots. theres a person on are server witch has a 780 ticking mind poison with a 260% pot. (exceptional dot) heh

1) I like the Posture Down from PolearmHit3. It's a chance to constantly delay your target, buut with melee mit3, your dmg is so borked it is bothersome. But fighting running Jedi you can drop them on thier knee. *shrug*
2) Block is also a secondary defense against status attacks. That's why it only blocks half dmg.

I don't know but with patience.. I think I gave myself the toughness of TKM even though I'm a pikeman.. *boggle*

i dont have 50 million ( the starting price for a DOT of this caliber on my server) and i dont think every other pikeman does either.............../agree block should be 100% of damage missed, i always get smacked with dizzy and stun and that crap, dont give me that secondary defense, and remove position lower from hit 3

My point about a new weapon is this. Some people find it really cheap to use DoT weapons and would rather have a weapon that isn't as borked by Mitigation for PvP.

get rid of dots, makethe good lvashave like 400 min damage, and we'd be fine. doing our job as intended, still swinging slow, but swinging hard. if i really wanted some icing on the cake id say give us some toughness

A few:
Give us more toughness than Swordsman, or more offense than Swordsman.
Remove DOT weapons.
Add a reinforcement core to the VL/LVA schematic.

I totally agree on the Hit3 problem. It sucks to have the baddie on his back, smack him with Hit3, and have him pop back up. If there is going to be a "Change Posture" ability in this hit, then it should only be for a "Change Posture (Down)", take into consideration that the baddie is already "down" and simply leave him there.
As for Block, I do notice my character block, but he still takes damage. Usually looks like it's less damage than if he hadn't blocked, but still. It would be nice. :-)
