ok the devs are nerfing unlimitet use DoT weapons... this really sucks IMO

Nah. It's good for the game. Sure, it sucks if you spent millions and millions on a -1 use weapon, though.

3k uses on a dot pike is still plenty.

this is the first time i have ever heard of SWG saying hey.. umm we have had thios bug for a year and a half.. so we are going to nerf you guys AND please turn in all your pre nerf wepaons... Pike is the only time i have heard SWG ask us to hand over our wepaons let alone prenerf anything.

Hello,

Ok, i just logged on earlier and seen the message from the Dev's and went straight to my House to check my LVA's.

My question is, ..... how do i know if my LVA has that unlimited DOT usage on it?

If the "uses" field is -1.

Also, this isn't a pike "nerf", it's a fix that affects pretty much every combat class.

I'm all for this, although looking at how they put it, it's like they just noticed. Are the devs computers that laggy?...jeez

It's not suprising that they would get rid of this, despite how long it took. If they meant for infinite DoT weapons to exist, then the charge box would say infinite or simply not be there.
