Polearm speed caps at once per second like everything else. . . . j/k
Most poles you will be good with 94-95 from what i have learned. . .
and block is something like +15 from master? and im just curious i have never heard anywhere- -
do you need to have polearm block tapes? or just block tapes?

Hey , thanks for answering my questions. And for your question, No i doubt you need "polearm block tapes" i never heard of em.you can just use "block tapes"

Block should cap at 120, the same as melee/ranged defense. There's food that will raise your Block skills over the cap (at least temporarily).
The speed cap can be calculated Here.
But to save you time:
Weapon Speed - Polearm Speed needed to cap
1.0 - 75
2.0 - 79
3.0 - 86
4.0 - 90
5.0 - 92
6.0 - 93
7.0 - 95
I've never seen a polearm that's slower than 6.4 speed, 94 polearm speed is enough to cap with a weapon of that speed.
The FS melee speed skill provides you with +12 melee speed, enough for you to hit 87 polearm speed with just master pikeman. That's enough speed to cap with pretty much any speed sliced crafted polearm.
