Right - this is to be for pvp and pve, and ive already come up with the following

Master TKM
Master Fencer
Master Brawler
2040 Pikeman
Novice Medic

This way i have Fencer defenses / stun if neccesary, TKM for pve / states / KD, brawler for extra defenses, CoB, warcry and intim etc, pikeman for the defenses, and the speed for any DoT pikes, novice medic also self explanatory.

Get novice brawler, novice marksman. Then you can use all those exceptional wood staffs, and CDEFs.

he is right, if you want all those great DOTS, you may need novice marksman also, some of the come ranged. . . . . .

4 Strength, 6 duration, 192 uses, 2% potency Mind Poison on a CDEF Rifle - FTW!!!

Now to go own it up in pvp

Nah, mine is better. 3 strength mind fire, 1% potency, 10s duration, and -1 uses, all of this on a lovely wood staff, you should see the look on jedi faces when I whip this bad boy out!
