You're probably trying to equip a LONG Vibro Axe which is a Pikeman weapon.
The name of the cert is the EXACT name of the weapon - just Vibro Axe.

Are we certified? Our boxes tell us we are, but whenever i equip one I can't use it. Let me know please. Thanks.

not real special .. with a damage slice it wouldn't be bad.
but than again you can also loot 800+ from NS or SMC

thats pretty good IMO, the ones on my server are around 4.4 and ever since i dropped M-brawler i had to start looking at speed mods again /growl, but then again, NS pikes are the only thing worth really using b/casue they are so strong

I agree with Vaca. 4.2 is an unusually fast speed on a non-speed-sliced LVA, 4.4 is the usual best you'll get from a crafted LVA. The damage is also plenty respectable.

Until you get blinded and that -45 range modifier becomes very appearent

Lol, yeah. I had a +25 polearm accuracy bandolier, had my target stunned, and intimidated. But because he was a fencer and blinded me. I never hit him even ONCE.
