Looted this off a nighsister or a rebel general or something.

It seems to be a normal, sucky, looted Lance (7-133 dmg, 6.6 sec).

However, it also has an action poitons. Strength 36, duration 37s, potency 13%

... This seems pretty worthless to me. is it?

It's certainly not worthless just becuase it's interesting

Try it out, or lend it to a brawler friend to try it out. DOT is always handy, especially DOT for a Novice Brawler with Pike 3 or whenever Lance comes
