the speed, damage and low DoT is that Lance' weakness... sell it, or hang it on a wall

Hey all...
I looted a lance today
Couter Attack 9
Polearm Accurance 4
Lt Armor
5.8 speed
Electric dmg 42-154
Spec. Moves H 58 A 84 M 28
DOT- Poision, Strength 12, Durration 33s, potency 24%
I am trying to figure out what this is worth in terms of Value. I am not able to persue Pike right now.
