godamnit, lost my entire post Oh well.. I was about to post in that thread of yours, but so many angry TKA and flamers.. *scared*

I read most of that thread earlier. I think you made some good points, but they are easily argued and some of the reply's are just TKA's with smart*** comments that have little relevance to the issue.

I would recommend trying to focus on a pound for pound comparison, running tests when other factors (such as armor, buffs, damage types... etc) are neutral and give them some real numbers to look at.

I do agree there are still some balancing issues with all melee classes, I just hope they fix some stuff soon like they say they're going to.

Wanna see some really sad stuff look at the pikeman boards... that class needs help.

Thanks for sticking it out in there and trying to reason with those guys. They will try and defend their profession to the end from any changes. I've read a few TKA that had some brains but the majority are kids. I love the TKA who post how Pikeman kill them all the time LOL. Or how TKA should be the elite melee class because of what they read. But they just don't understand how we have to use the same amount of skill points as they and yet they totally dominate the melee elite professions. Or how bout the few who try to explain how low this defense or that defense is when the whole argument is moot because we can't even hit them LOL.

I will be patiently waiting for this new combat change coming up. My pikeman brothers and sisters are waiting for the day when we can go toe to toe with them and have a fighting chance. The battle I hope for will be epic. Where the careful choices of either master decide the end rather than the broken class we've had to deal with from day one.
