Hi i am Riakn from europe-farstar
I was wondering how i could get a good vibro lance or any good pikeman weapon.
Pikeman is going to take me ages to complete and if anyone has any hints or tips that could help please do tell.
Is pikeman a good pvp profession?

Well, that depends on whether you have an elite combat class already. If you dont: your best bet will be to get friendly with a good weaponsmith and have them craft you some max damage LVA's (think it caps at 450, anyone confirm?)
If you have an elite proff already: Go kill NightSistert!!! Just kill 120^400th of them and you will get an exceptional DOT lance~!

sry, missed the second two. Your best bet for leveling is get buffed by a good doc, get wasted on brandy (2 hits) and go to dant to kill savage quenkers or pickets. I mastered in about 3 weeks semigrinding playing time. Some good Ubese or Comp if you can afford it will help ALOT as well 
Also, pull a pet (or droid) and have it group with you and STAY by your bike. This way you get an XP boost for being in a group.

Most/all PvP pikers have a few good DOT lances that will compensate for pikemans suckyness in PvP. But there are no melee classes that can best us in PvE! (Gotta love it when you solo a juvie krayt after your buddy, the TKM gets killid in 3 hits!)
