For those of you who have the cap (+25) or close to it in the two working pikeman mods, speed and accuracy, do you dig it? Does it make a nice difference?

Night and day difference! I will for sure keep master pikeman now. I have a rifleman/swordsman which will be my jedi then my pikeman will pickup master rilfeman since I got the speedcap on that also. I was impressed with pikeman before the speedcap was reached but boy complete different ballgame now. Now if I can get that 1019 max damage LVA delivered soon...

nope, and usually I do fine in battle, first one in one of the last ones down with like 10 kill assists.

I have +15 speed, it makes a big difference. I haven't got the acc yet to try out.

Hitting the speed cap makes all the difference in the world
Depending on which attack you use your DPS can be increased by nearly 300%
You'll never be outdamaged by a TKA once you hit the speed cap

Shop around.
Don't bother trying to win auctions for speed attachment in the trade forums, look for well priced vendors
2 days after being outbid on a speed attachment in a forum auction I found a +6 attachment on a vendor priced well below the auction's final price.
It certainly takes longer to reach the cap this way, but its certainly more economical
Spend some time in hunting groups on Dathomir, with some decent armor, stims if you need them and good buffs you should be able to make 250k per hour on enraged rancor lairs.
A couple of days doing this will earn you enough money for attachments.
Or just go camp the jinda cave on endor & pray

I gots me one o' them fancy nightsister energy lances (yea i know its just for show) and it's sparked (pun intended) my interest to go pike, so attachment hunting I shall go!

i also dont have millions to buy tapes, so i buy what i can for cheap, i found a +3 speed +6 accuracy ubese shirt on a vendor for 890k which helps a lot, also +1 speed tapes r quite easy to get, so i got a few sets of armour with +1 speed on all the pieces
i cant wait till u can stack tapes.
atm i have about +15 speed +8 accuracy and it helps a lot

110k short of a million aint all that different.
It is very expensive, they sure are the most uber of loot.

I am wondering how much speed you need the slowest pike with the slowest attack?
