Then after they're incapped you can heal them and they get incapped again on the next tick

Fire is a legitimate form of dmg and if they get triple incapped from it after you /endduel or whatever it's their own fault for not getting a doc there to heal them. Proceeding the initial hit with the fire you are no longer in control of the situation, the fire will burn plain and simple. This isn't griefing.

just a reminder that if the target has full wounds in whatever poolbar, the fire will only tick for actual damage and therefor will not incapicitate. If the target still has possible mind to tick in wounds then he can be incaped.
you tend to notice that when you have a pike like this

*sigh* Then i'd love to be told what IS griefing. If that aint a school example I dont know what is.

GRIEFING is intentionally removing the enjoyment of the game from another player's experience. Acting with malice and trying to upset the person. Griefing would be to incap a player in a duel, and rather than /endduel, wait til they get up and incap them again, and again a third time. If someone getting triple incapped from a fire after the duel had ended can possibly in any way shape or form be constituted as griefing, it would not be in the game. By incapping a person via fire and then end dueling, you are effectively giving them the oppurtunity to ask a doctor for healing before they are brought back, and you are letting them know that you will no longer hit them because you ended duel. If they triple incap from the fire it is because they did not receive assistance. Griefing would be more along the lines of a person warcrying another while a cm throws all 9 diseases on them, or a bh getting a group together to hunt a jedi, and rather than the bounty hunter deathblowing the jedi, someone else does to keep the tef alive, then camping the corpse to kill them after they're rezzed, over and over and over.

IMO, its not griefing if you have a readily availble way out of it.
