Actually two questions....what spd on a weapon will spd capthe slowest special move for a master pikeman? and how much + mods do they normally need from attachments? Thanks guys.

I think you need +9 or something like that to speed at master.

You'll need +95 total to hit the cap for any polearm and any special, considering that you never seen any polearm with a speed slower than 6.7.
