I have heard that the nightsister stronghold is a great place to loot good pikes, but is that where people are looting these 1000+ damage pikes? Any info on where to get good pikeman weapons would be great.

Nightsister elders, nightsister spell weavers, and nightsister protectors drop good pikes a lot of the time. You can't scratch elders as a pikeman though, you'll need a swordsman, rifleman, or jedi friend.
