Thread: How would a 729 un pupped Vibro Lance do in pvp

idk probably not as good as a lva but a guy on are server has a 1400 1 exceptional unsliced vl and if he got a 35% dmg slice it would be uber..

You'd be luckly to do decent damage to a melee stacker with a 1500 damage pike in pvp, however it will do nice against jedi and decent against ranged.

What weapon your target is using is totally irrelevant. What matters is how much of your damage is gonna translate through 80% electicity armor, melee mitigation 3, synthsteak, capped Dodge or Counterattack, 100+ melee defense, etc.
The answer is probably going to be about 150-250 damage per hit with Hit3. I've heard even uber 1200+ damage LVAs don't even do that well in these cases. DOTs start looking real good about now.
Pikes do better for damage against Jedi than Master Melee professions.

Against lets say a melee stacker..
Lets say I'm a melee stacker as well
But w/ that weapon vs a teras kazi who would win
also put w/ a swordsman w/ an ackley hammer

if u can target mind do it, everyone has medic and that seems to be the only way to really kill someone now w/out DOTS, i kill people all the time with my Pike, but thats beside the point...............

Even uber hammers aren't great through 85+ armor and melee mit. You'd do better with a nice 500+ jawa rifle.

Mitigation really hurts our weapons 
I've used my 202-742 VL in PvP against melee stackers in the past. I may as well have been using harsh language for all the damage it did.
Mitigation 3 takes that 742 max & lowers it to 297. Swordsman toughness (43 or 48 with mbrawler) lowers the damage again from 202-297 to 115-169. 80% armor lowers this yet again to 23-34. Add in some 40% synthsteak & the damage drops to 14-20.
You will never hurt an opponent in this situation. The best you can do is to pile states on them.
This is why DOTs rule PvP

wouldnt do much vs a stacker or against people wearing armour tbh but it would be nice vs jedi

Icky i don't like melee stackers but that is an uber lance compared to mine that is 413 max sliced w/o pup
